Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Full time position.Good design skills and design presentation.Good knowledge in construction detail drawing.Involve in design concept through construction drawings.Coordinating architecture drawings with structural, M&E, interior, landscape, and others.Assist in reviewing design, design implementation/realization and checking all phase of drawings.Preparing all items related for drawing purpose, tender documents, for construction drawings.Handling various type of project.Requirements:
Female/Male, max. 32 years old.Bachelor degree in Architecture (S1) from reputable university, min. GPA (Ipk) 3,00.Min. 3,5 years experience in the relevant job description as mentioned above, especially in commercial/residential/mix-use/low-rise to high-rise building.Advanced level in AutoCAD, Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDraw.Intermediate level in 3D (3D Max / Sketchup)Highly motivated, able to work as an individual or in a team, trustworthy, highly responsible, able to work thoroughly, hard worker.Willing to do site survey.Min.
