SMT Manager(Station in Batam)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau) - Indonesia
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the organization in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process function.Responsible for line efficiency and improvement, product quality, manage shift, optimize setup time and equipment efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee on-time delivery, inspection and test programming activities.Ensure that production targets and objectives are met.Review operational reports and resolve line issues and disruptionsUnderstand and enforce procedural requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, with strong experience in SMT process in an EMS industry.At least 8 years of SMT experience and min 3 years in Management capacity.Good knowledge of SMT process, preferably in Yamaha and Panasonic machines and in Machine Programming.Possess track records of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.Self-driven, highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently, influence and lead.Good written and verbal communication skills.Able to station in Batam.This position requires the selected incumbent to station in Batam from Monday – Friday. 11 Tai Seng Link Singapore 534182 (Opposite Tai Seng MRT Station)
