Prepare new contract/renewal and follow up until contract sign by customer.Support sales processes (proposals, etc).Manage filling of all sales related documents.Build and maintain good relationship with customer regarding contract issue ( new contract / renwal), willing to visit & meet Customers.Update & collect data from various sources (internal & external) that are needed and ensure its accuracy.Ensure collection of documents needed for invoicing are completed on time.Providing administrative support for sales team.Requirements: Min S1 any major.Understand legal English.Advance ability in Microsoft office (excel, word, power point, publisher, etc).Min 2 years experiance as sales & Service adminDetail-oriented to proofread contracts and other sales documentation.Good communication skill to CustomerAccurately do checking the content of contractFor registered JobStreet.com users, to apply online or via sms
