We are looking an experienced Solutions Architect who has significant pre-sales consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics product demonstrations. Reporting to our Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing clients and colleagues with technical product advice and product demonstration support during pre-sales discussions.

Responsibilities:
Working with the Business Development team to understand the customer’s needs and transforming those needs into a comprehensive product demo/presentation.Engage directly with the prospect to gather relevant information that supports the overall business needs of the company.Developing and delivering product demo/presentations to business decision makers, often at a C level, and IT teams for prospects based on critical business issues identified during the discovery phase.Communicate with the Business Development team and consultants regarding customer needs.Explaining the features and benefits of the Microsoft Dynamics product; comparing it to those of a competitor's products.Build a rapport with local Microsoft team.Delivering a complete solution presentation that helps create a complete vision to our prospects that our solution and services meet their needs and,Help build our team by providing insight and support to selected vertical markets.


Additional responsibilities include maintaining the demo environments/instances, product installation, proof of concepts; training internal consulting resources, handling presentations at trade shows and conferences; assist the Business Development team with completing RFI/RFP responses; identifying client requirements and ensuring proactive communications with clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experienced in a pre-sales role with Microsoft Dynamics.Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.Excellent communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.Must be willing to travel to client sites.Advantageous Skills/Background.Having both a functional and technical understanding of Microsoft DynamicsUnderstanding of the markets and verticals that Microsoft Dynamics addresses.
