To assess variation order (VO) work for all subcontract packagesTo provide support in term of measurement and pricing on the Mechanical contract's VO claimTo process monthly progress claim and final claimTo attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for the project.To take off measurement: re-measurement for sub-contract’s payment and final account purposesTo work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical / Electrical servicesTo liaise with Consultants/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claimsTo liaise with suppliers for quotationsTo maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the same position is required for this position.Having experienced in high rise building & mixed used developments is an advantageWork Location: Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.Good communication in english
