Responsibilities:

Requirements: Working experience at least 4 yearsS1 is a must from any major, IT preferablyGood communication skill both in Indonesia and EnglishVery high attention into details.Able to work in a  team, under pressure and tight deadline.Experienced as System EngineerExtense experiend in Linux enviromentknowledge of LAN connectivity (TCP/IP & Ethernet).Deep knowledge of Linux Systems (RedHat)Knowledge in installation and maintenance of DHCP, DNS, Syslog systems.Shell scripting knowledge.Knowledge of squid proxy and reverse proxies.Deep knowledge and experiend working with web applications. Web server Apache, Web applications (Jboss, tomcat) . Installation and maintenace.Knowledge of mysql database. Experiend in mysql replication installations.Ensures systems remain operational during working support hours.Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance works.Provide support for Users on any hardware, network or operating system related issue.RHCE, CCNA, or equivlent prefered

Requirements: Work Experience at least 3 yearsS1 is a must from any major, IT preferably.Preferably femaleGood communication skill both in Indonesia and EnglishVery high attention into details.Able to work in a team, under pressure and tight deadline.Having experience in IT Project Documentation is a plus.Conduct and manage archiving for all project related documentationsSupport the preparation of reports to client (Monthly Executive Reports and Quarterly Reports)Experience in creating application manuals including SOP, checklist, UAT revision and request list, etc. based on information from developersGood understanding in designing  formats for all documents to create master documentation templatesAbility to keep track of documents as well as document versioningResponsible for supporting trainings such as: Preparing training syllabusCoordination and scheduling for both trainers and traineesSetting up training session with external partiesDocumenting all training documents (hard and soft copy)Preparing all training accessories such as name tag, printed material, banner, program guide, etc. and distribute those accessories to all participantsAssisting logistic for training needsInvolved in administrative duties for training needsProgram socialization: Supplying and compiling all materials related to the socialization programs according to the pre-defined formatsPreparing time schedulePrepare all documentation needed for socializationEmployment status: contract basedLength of contract: 12 monthsAvailable positions: 1
