Project Operation Supervisor
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - CakungResponsibilities:

Commercial Roles: To plan, organize, staff, direct, control and lead the Operations Unit of the company in the areas of Project Logistics. This includes development, implementation and oversight of the Sales Unit by consistently improving relationships with current customers and pursuing 3rd party target pipelines.Operation Roles: To plan, organize, staff, direct, control and lead the Operations team within the area. This includes development, implementation and oversight of plans, policies, business processes and procedures related to the movement of heavy equipments, over-sized/ over-weight items, factories relocation program, by means of various modes (air, sea and land) and special equipment and tools to achieve operations excellence and continuous development.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Bahasa IndonesiaAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Logistics or equivalent.Having knowledge about Project type of shipments, Sales, Key Account Management, Shipping, and Financial Statement.Required technical skill: Project Logistics cycle management, Warehouse & Transportation business: Sea Freight, Air Freight and land transportation, Multi moda transportation, Custom Clearance Process, Lashing Method, INCOTERM.A good decision maker, problem solver and have ability to managing complexity.1 Full-Time positions available.For registered JobStreet.com users, to apply online or via sms
