Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:
To help to achieve and surpass IFS Indonesia sales, profit and service targets in the areas of general aftermarket, spare part sales, service contracts and ad-hoc services.To manage/coordinate a team of IFS service engineers/technicians in Indonesia including their daily sales/service activities and their financial performance,To achieve full customer satisfaction and retention by attending to their requirements, solve customer complaints and meet/exceed their expectationsTo provide service and technical support to the UF/CAG and IAF sales teams in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.To maintain and manage customer service records in order to maximize aftermarket salesTo ensure service personnel is sufficiently trained and display a professional attitude in the market including service personnel of distribution partners.To provide continuous feedback on quality of products and possible improvements to the manufacturersTo contribute ideas on how to improve sales/service performance and customer satisfactionTo create market awareness in particular for Donaldson IFS products and the Donaldson brandname(s) by making sales / service calls including service/aftermarket presentationsTo represent Donaldson in a professional manner in the marketplaceTo help to increase market share for Donaldson IFS products and servicesTo provide information on competitor activities and product/pricing strategies in monthly reportsTo ensure entire service organization acts in compliance with Donaldson code of conduct, policies and procedures
Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Degree in refrigeration technology is an added advantage)Minimum 5 year experience in leading a customer-oriented, technologically advanced service organizationSales experiences is an added advantageGood Leadership, Managerial, Communication and Analytical skillsEffective written and verbal skills in English and Indonesian Language are mandatory.Ability to effectively present ideas & communicate with team members within & outside Indonesia organization, ability to write reports and correspondence and ability to speak confidently & effectively to customers or to other Donaldson colleagues.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPointIndependent, result-oriented and self-motivatedPossess good interpersonal and communication skillsWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
