Validation Supervisor
Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang - Bekasi

Responsibilities:
Validate new product and new part as part of development processPrepare test plan for function of the product to be validatedPrepare software which is needed to support validation processPrepare equipment to support validation processTest the product base on test plan with deep investigationAnalyze problem and technical issue in order to work with R&D teamDefine minimum requirement of specification base on standard international for product acceptance criteria.Make study and simulation condition for improvementRequirements:

Firmware Engineer
Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
Develop software requirements and design specifications for individual programsDevelop schedule, track progress, and make task adjustments as necessary to maintain schedule commitmentsSchedule and hold code reviews to ensure that standards are being metWork with electronics hardware and systems personnel to determine and clarify project specifications.Participate in process tollgate reviews by documenting and presenting software design and reliability information.Develop and implement software test plans to ensure software quality and completeness to specifications.Lead and oversee development of service and engineering tools.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years working experience as Software EngineerMinimum Diploma IV in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplineActively involved in specific development product, Interfacing and SchedulingExperience in Socket and Serial programming using Delphi or C/C++ or any DotNet framework supported language, advantage if using Java/C#.Having experience in developing some IT project management professional (PMP)Familiar with one of RDBMS family (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL / MS-SQL / MS-Access / Interbase).
