At least Bachelor Degree, majoring in Civil Engineering / ArchitectureHaving at least 1 year experience in related field, fresh graduate with several internship experience are welcome to apply.Flexible to work within long hours and on holidays, when requiredAble to work under pressure and tight deadlinesMastering the working procedure of employees on site settings, working order in the installation of furniture, partitions, etcWilling to be allocated at project sites anywhere within IndonesiaEnsure efficient and effective estimation, tendering and follow up on commercial projectsPrepare independently detailed cost estimates from conceptual stages and process them until finalizationConduct site investigation to identify and assess details of scopeCoordinating with other parties in the site, as well as suppliers, and participate in the negotiations.
