JOB DESCRIPTIONCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Required skill(s): mentor graphics, engineering, cad application, vhdl design, dealing, Persentation.Required language(s): English, Bahasa IndonesiaMaximum age 35 years old.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicant must be willing for trip training of product and work trip.Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities a re effectively covered and advances.Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.Have skill for create eye-catching persentation, and good persentationPleasant personality and excellent communication skill, interpersonal skillsCreative, outgoing, good manner, good taste in fashion and understanding about fashion trend, and innovative.Good negotiation, fast & self learner, self motivated, high initiatives skills.Hard worker, initiative, conscientious, responsible, and able to adapt quickly to work together with other colleagues.Able to work under pressure, target, and tight deadline, and good in managing multitasking jobs.2 Full-Time position(s) available.Our reference Products : Acronis, Mentor Graphics (www.mentor.com) Electronic Design Automation, Citrix, ERP, etc
