Responsibilities:

Develop, design and qualification of new products, technologies, equipment, material, processes and production linesDefine new product, process and equipment specificationsProvide feasibility studies of new concepts and ideasDefine and implement measurements to ensure product qualityLiaison with suppliers and internal relevant departments for technological development and process improvementEnsure stable and robust process with full procedure compliance high quality and reliable productsContinuously improve the process capability, quality, yield, productivity and resource optimizationRequirements: Degree from university or higher technical collegeKnowledge of project management,Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etcGood analytical skills with attention to details.Good stress management skillsProcess engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging  or related industryExperience in working with intercultural teams preferredWillingness to travel and stay abroad for a certain time in one or our locationsOpen minded approachGood team working spirit and leadership skillsGood communication and negotiation skillsFluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)Career development possibilities in an international environmentOverseas training for selected candidatesExcellent working conditionsPerformance oriented salary and bonusBe part on an international technical network

Responsibilities:

Develop, design and qualification of new products, technologies, equipment, processes and production linesDefine new product, process and equipment specificationsProvide feasibility studies of new concepts and ideasLiaison with external suppliers (equipment or chemical suppliers) and internal relevant departments for technological development and process improvementTake responsibility in new process qualification and new product implementationInitiates and implements all necessary projects to achieve the capability requirements of copper processes for the technological roadmapEnsures all activities to attain qualification/certification of customers for the responsible processes of Copper engineering teamOversees, coordinates and manages multiple development projects and provides direction, guidance and leadership to all staff of Copper engineering team.Document know-how and handover a full qualified process for mass productionDetermine necessary resource allocation and proper reporting structure within Copper engineering teamDemonstrate positive two-way communications, fair and consistent administration of company policy and procedure, respoonsivenes to employee concerns and problems.Requirements:  Experience in copper plating.
