Microsoft AX Application Support-DeveloperJakarta Raya Responsibilities: Support customers on technical issues related to ERPRespond to requests and inquiries from clients within the pre-determined timeframeIdentify solutions to work around open issues / problems that are under investigation or pending resolution Work directly with Consultants to resolve issues or new modules implementation Document, and track, case histories, issues, and actionable steps taken Perform company software research, testing, and recommendationsImprove documentation of support policies and procedures Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases Provided technical support training to other team members Involvement in Dynamicx AX implementation projects, especially in building reports analysis, training & UAT. Requirements: Preferably to have exposure to AX 2012 Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) tools & SQL Analysis (SSAS) tools Demonstrated 2-3 years experience and understanding of MS SQL Database, related utilities and tools.Ability to perform AX, SQL and Windows operating system performance tuning and monitoring. Previous involvement in multiple Dynamics AX implementation projects Demonstrated experience of mapping business requirements to Dynamics AX software features, system set-up and configuration, and user training Communicate at a high level both verbally and written Be a proven team player with strong commercial acumen
