High Voltage Process Development Specialist
Sarawak (Malaysia) - Kuching

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working in the Process Development department as a specialist to realize integrated high voltage CMOS/DMOS with best-in-class on-resistance.
Responsible for high voltage device and process architectures.
Expert-level use of 2D / 3D process and device simulation (TCAD).
Physical layout of test structures.
Experimental design using formal Design-of-Experiments methods.
Electrical characterisation of safe operating area.
Assessment of device reliability and failure mechanisms.REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications: PhD in Physics, Electronics or related subject.
Minimum 10 years of experience at a senior level in the development of integrated high voltage CMOS/ DMOS, covering voltages classes from 10V to >700V on bulk silicon and SOI.
Proven track-record of delivering high voltage device architectures with state-of-the-art performance, evidenced through a portfolio of patents and publications.
Understanding of IC manufacture and process control.
Familiarity with automotive process qualification standards.
Excellent background knowledge in Analog/Mixed Signal IC technology.
Good teamwork skills and the ability to work under minimum supervision.
