High Voltage Process Development SpecialistSarawak (Malaysia) - KuchingMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Working in the Process Development department as a specialist to realize integrated high voltage CMOS/DMOS with best-in-class on-resistance.
Responsible for high voltage device and process architectures.
Expert-level use of 2D / 3D process and device simulation (TCAD).
Physical layout of test structures.
Experimental design using formal Design-of-Experiments methods.
Electrical characterisation of safe operating area.
Assessment of device reliability and failure mechanisms.REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications: PhD in Physics, Electronics or related subject.
Minimum 10 years of experience at a senior level in the development of integrated high voltage CMOS/ DMOS, covering voltages classes from 10V to >700V on bulk silicon and SOI.
Proven track-record of delivering high voltage device architectures with state-of-the-art performance, evidenced through a portfolio of patents and publications.
Understanding of IC manufacture and process control.

This position is key to future growth and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom management of our pay-per-click (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO) activities.Primary responsibility for this role is to create, implement, track and report on SEO campaignsUse a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting on SEO campaignsManage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing, etc.) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.Keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of creative copy (titles and descriptions), review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns.Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative key wording, etc.Create detailed search engine optimization recommendations for assigned sitesTrack and report search engine referrals, keyword rankings and other SEO traffic metrics for assigned sitesImplement strategies for attaining high rankings for relevant, high-volume search termsResearch, create and deliver a long-term SEO strategy for the channel that complies with best practice standards and will drive sustainable traffic.Interface with clients, account managers, and strategic leads to deliver for clients across a wide array of industries.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing Degree preferred5+ years experience managing paid and natural search programs for well-established online retailers25-35 years oldShould hold some combination of the following certifications: Google Adwords Certification, Google Analytics Certification, Yahoo Ambassador, etc.Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpointExperience managing SEM campaigns internationally - in targeting customers in specific international regions/.countriesExceptional copy writing and editorial skillsSrong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large data setsProficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPointFundamental knowledge and experience with web analytical tools and interfaces, i.e. Google Analytics is requiredWeb platform experience including content management and e-commerce systems (specifically Cloud based and Sharepoint) a plusAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentAn organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of resultsA self-motivated individual; a good team playerTo apply you MUST possess the above skills and experience
