Provide required service activities in the specific location, including CS booth, taxi etc acording to GI required standard to ensure that all customer & tenant have access of information & assistancePerform redemption/loyalty program activities and survey activities to succed Advertising and promotions department project/programsResponsible to the acuracy of input submission for each program that assigned in Loyalty Program in the premisesSubmit reports, including lost & found, complaint received etc to CS supervisor to kep them informed and able to follow up
Minimum Associate degree (D3) of any dicipline2 Years experience in hospitality industry or SMU of any dicipline with 5 years of ExperienceBeing service and people orientedAble to communicate in English both spoken and writtenGood knowledge in using ComputerHonest , have a pleasant and well groomed

Min 2 years (Staff (non-management & non-supervisor))
