Product Specialist

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive market adoption of Covidien’s products and improve sales and market share;Build strong relations and rapport with the surgeons, nurses, key opinion leaders and other key stakeholders;Provide inputs to and execute annual marketing and training agenda;Manage relationship with distributor and work with distributor on products, registration, sales force training, marketing, joint account planning, procurement and reporting;Achieve quarterly and annual sales and margin targets.Requirements: Diploma/ Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Healthcare/ Medical Devices businesses, or other related field will be an asset;Proven strong performance record in sales;Sales experience in medical devices will be an asset;Existing network in medical device industry will be an asset;Strong learning agility and problem solving skills;Able to assimilate and communicate complex technical information;Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;Good command over written and spoken English;Highly optimistic and indomitable spirit;Willingness to travel;
