Responsibilities:
Create Menu :Implemented Company’s standard recipes and develop recipes, standardized production recipes, establish presentation technique and quality standards, plan and estimate food consumption and food cost and price menusEnsure that the F & B Operation are operated successfully, in line with the Group and are profitable.Deciding on a theme for a restaurantEnsure proper safety and sanitation in kitchenManages and motivates Kitchen teams in order to provide high quality products for guestsEnsures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targetsIncreases revenue through any efforts and by managing f & b revenue effectively.Develops employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmospheRequirements:  Male / Female, 30 – 45 years oldCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent, especially in food production is preferable. Minimum 3 year experience in similar capacity, preferably in an international chain hotel Good spoken & written English Familiar with Ms Office Having good sensitive palate (needs a good eye for color and composition, well developed senses of taste and  smell). Having good creativity (creativity and a flair for experimentation are essential)Team Player( A harmonious meal requires cooperation in the kitchen. Whether you're working in an executive chef job, directing the whole process, or as a line cook, focusing on preparing a specific element of the meal, teamwork is essential. Executive chefs have to be able to manage workers, delegate responsibility and work closely with others). Good work ethics, attitude, and integrity Willing to be assigned to all outlet in Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung in short notice.
