Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur) Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have overall responsibility for the sales and operations of a business centre in a remote or independent market. They are clearly focused on generating new sales, achieving and maintaining centre sales targets, whilst growing and retaining existing clients through the delivering of exceptional customer service. Ultimately, the actions and services provided by the General Manager and their team are what attract our clients to Regus and what makes them stay.Requirements:
To qualify, you must have at least 5 years experience in B2B sales experience in a multinational company. You must be able to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance and be customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations. Experience in managing a team as well as budget management, cost control and reporting is highly preferred. Previous P&L responsibility desirable.
