Responsibilities:
designing new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings, or advising on the restoration and conservation of old properties.specifying the nature and quality of materials required;preparing tender applications and presentations;preparing applications for planning and building control departments;project managing and co-coordinating the work of contractors;controlling a project from start to finish;regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget;resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is limited.
Requirements: Willing to work in Papua New GuineaExpert in AutoCad 3D, 3D Max, and PhotoshopCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Architecture or equivalent.Required language(s): EnglishAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
