Head Sales of ShariaJakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities:
Monitoring and empowering sales for the Sharia Product.Coaching & Mentoring Sharia Sales Team.Coordination of premium collection of new and renewal Sharia policies.Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential Sharia Business clients.Perform planning and accountability costs.Provide monthly report of sales activities to the Group Head of Sharia.Responsible for Sharia Market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues.Ensuring the capability of the sharia sales team to achieve the objective.Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers.Requirements:
