Requirements:
Previous experience in manganese ore mining and managerial post required..Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.Posses POP, POM, and POM Certificates and Blasting Certificate will be advantage.Good l understanding about mining operations(facility/equipment/manpower).Good knowledge about HSE/K3 procedure and related regulations.Good knowledge about Mining Reclamation and Rehabilitation.Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result.Able to make a plan execution, including production mining analysis and cost.Able to prepare reports to authorized bodies in mining industry; prepare and handle report presentation.Good communication skills within organization (internal) and with government and local community (external).Good knowledge in Mining Software.Good leadership is a must to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skillsSelf-confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/company.Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek solution to solve problem.Willing to be located at Site with rotation schedule.For registered JobStreet.com users, to apply online or via smsIf you are JobStreet Member, "click here to Apply" button below" Only short-listed candidates will be invited via e-mail/phone for Test and Interview "
