Mill Maintenance Assistant [AMM]
Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute plan maintenance schedule. Plan and implement an effective work schedule taking into account productivity and workshop operating cost. Able to motivate and lead a team of workers to achieve maintenance milestones.Able to plan the spare requirement taking into account cash flow and availability of spares in time of need. Able to differentiate scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance and understand the role of each in planned maintenance program. Mindful of safety and health requirements.Implement all relevant EHS policies, procedures, and SOPs.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, agricultural engineering.At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in palm oil mill is a must.Preferably senior staffs specializing in engineering - Civil/construction/structural or equivalent.
