Responsibilities:
  We help our client to improve business performance throughbusiness processes improvement - from efficiency, effectiveness and controls perspectivespeople and change management (i.e. organization transformation change management, people strategy, organization design, HR service delivery model, manpower planning, training and development, and performance management,)Information system (i.e. alignment of information and technology to business objectives and improvement of IT functions to create value from technologies)Requirements:
Possess a bachelor in Engineering/Human Resource/Economy/ Business Administration from prominent universities in Indonesia or overseas with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00); advance degree will be highly regarded;Minimum 3 years work experience.Possess a professional certification of project management / human resources/process improvement/ would be an advantage;Strong commercial and business senseStrong interpersonal skills and articulateA team focused style with strong organizational and project management skillsSelf motivated, confident and proactiveStrong focus on building client relationships, both internal and externalEnjoy working in a collaborative environment andWrite and speak fluent Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishYour application, CV, and recent photograph by email to:
