Responsibilities:

Purchase materials at the best price according to the requested requirements. Execute the purchasing activity in order to achieve a sustainable profitability. Search and select reliable, long term suppliers in domestics and overseas Purchase of semi-finished, finished goods, raw materials, maintenance spare parts, production equipment, tools, office supplies etc. Negotiations with new and existing suppliers. Ensure that the ordered goods are delivered in accordance with the PO (contract specification and amount) Monitor delivery times. Provide regular reports on purchasing activities, like monthly saving report, forecast for purchases, spending report, value analysis. Conduct Survey Visit to the suppliers to monitor their working environment and quality standards. Handling and maintaining purchasing documentation files. Maintain and update vendor & material database. Coordination with PPIC for purchasing planning & material forecast.
