Responsibilities:
Report to Distribution Development ManagerLeading development of the Sales Development Strategy & Programs to achieve defined business objectives across all channel & product categories.Leading strategy development, deployment & monitoring of sales infrastructure support (Tool of Trade, Chiller, etc)Leading strategy development, deployment & monitoring of capability building & training. Include provide relevant Training modules.Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to achieve maximum returns.Work closely with sales Team to improve selling, distribution and merchandising processes (Internal & Distributor Sales team)Responsible for management and monitoring of asset, infrastructure and people InvestmentsProviding leadership in the translation and execution of the distribution strategy into impact programs, inclusive participating to dedicated trainings.Requirements:
Male/Female. Age 28  – 35.Minimum Bachelor (S-1)  Degree, graduated from reputable national university.Minimum 5 (five) years experience in Sales /Distribution Development.
