Responsibilities:
Source, identify and profile customersApproach customers following a solutions selling methodologyProvide company profile and product demonstrations for HR and ERP softwarePerform pre implementation consulting, scoping, cost analysis and project planning at prospective customersPerform negotiations for sales within company guidelinesFollow up on customer business requirements during post implementationProvide product knowledge training to other sales staff, partners and distributorsRequirements:
Fluency in oral and written communication in both English and IndonesianExcellent communication and presentation skillsAt least 2 years experience in the HR and ERP software industryBachelor degree in Business, Management, Economy, or Information System related specialty Good understanding of financial and enterprise-scale business softwareContact us :
