Responsibilities:
Deep knowledge of LAN connectivity (TCP/IP & Ethernet).Network troubleshooting skills.Experience and deep knowledge of network equipment, routers and Switches. (Cisco and HP)Experience in working with Cisco ASA Firewall. Knowledge of Firewalls Rules, Intrusion prevention System, packet inspection.Knowledge in wireless networks.Experience working with monitoring systems (Nagios, Cacti, ntop, …). SNMP, Syslogs, …Knowledge of Storage area Network (SAN). Fiber channel SAN infrastructure.Able to track and manage issuesProvide users with assistance on computer hardware. software or applications.Help the user solve specific problems.Understanding the problems and conducting diagnosis.Escalating problems through Technical Support levels as needed.Issue tracking and recording in Technical Support log.Communicate issues and produce reports to PMUKnowledge of Servers OS Linux, WindowsBasic knowledge of LAN connectivity (TCP/IP & Ethernet)Providing operational support and assistance in daily routine servers maintenance (Linux Servers based)Supporting printers, systems backups, archiving, network equipment, servers and associated cablingAssistance on Network/Servers deployment, CCNA certified peferred

Requirements: Working  Experience at least 4 yearS1 is a must from any major, IT preferably.Good communication and negotiation skill both in Indonesia and EnglishVery high attention into details.Able to work in a team, under pressure and tight deadline.Wide range of knowledge about software, hardware, networks, etcExperience as Helpdesk Staff is a plus
