We are focused on making energy safe, reliable, and efficient through an active commitment to help individuals and organizations “Make the most of their energy”.To meet the current business challenges, we have opportunities for proficient, efficient and highly motivated individuals to fill the following position in Batam:Test Engineer LeaderRiau - BatamResponsibilities: Develop a capable team of Test Engineers and monitor their performance through KPIs.Develop, review and deploy tester qualification processes (Cpk, critical parameters, traceability, Pokayoke) for new projects, line balancing, and improvement projects.Conduct routine analysis of tester performance (Cpk, FPY1, machine breakdowns, etc).Perform tester modifications (hardware, software, database) according to the requirements from new machines, improvement projects and new innovations.Provide technical support to the Maintenance and Product Test teams.Support SCADA traceability and Pokayoke systems and ensure they are deployed properly in the manufacturing processes.Define the qualification plan as part of a team to ensure each project runs smoothly after qualification and during mass production.Assist the Method Department to define the BWI of critical benches that are interlinked with the product test processes.Assist the Maintenance Department to define critical spare parts and level of control of the manufacturing processes and improve TPM.Requirements: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering.At least 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in an Electrical/ Electronic products’ manufacturing environmentCandidates with good knowledge in electrical control system, electronic circuits and diagrams, PLC, HMI, VSD, Timer, Safety Devices or Inverter will be prioritized.Programming abilities with VB, .Net, C++.Hands-on project, TPM and spare parts management know-how.6-sigma knowledge will be advantageous.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of Engineers.Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.Customer service and quality oriented.Good written and spoken English.Must be willing to be based in Batam.Suitably qualified candidates are invited to send your detailed resume,a copy of qualifications and recent photograph within 7 days to:We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
