Workshop Assistant [AW]
Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:

Establishing and managing large scale workshops, maintaining more than 200 heavy equipment/light vehicles such as excavators, dump trucks, tractors, carsManage and maintain machinery such as generators, water pumps, etcEnsure all machinery, equipments, and vehicles of the plantations are maintained in good order and implement required policies and procedures.Establishing an efficient operation of mechanical workshops within the group plantationsIdentify long term requirements to support the rapidly expanding plantationsPlan develop & implement cost effective solutions across the group plantations in order to achieve company productivity targetsRequirements: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical) or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably senior staffs specializing in maintenance/repair (facilities & machinery) or equivalent.
