Responsibilities:
Partner with division leaders to translate key business strategies into relevant and timely HR programs. Work closely and partner with senior management to understand the annual Business Plan and support the close alignment of divisional/market organizational structures through the utilization of external benchmarking expertise and knowledge of the company organizational design process.Partner with managers and directors in all aspects of Human Resources including performance management, recruiting and retention of top talent, training and development, and employee relations.Develop and implement comprehensive Field On-boarding program to enable the rapid ramp and success of new talent. Partner with Sales Training to ensure the ongoing development and retention of top talent.Review and analyze data to identify HR trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement. Present high quality analysis to substantiate findings.Provide expert guidance in people and organizational issues to the business. Provide management coaching to build leadership capability and proactively address employee issues. Work with managers and employees to address complex employee relations issues from end-to-end.Assess human resources and management training needs; design and facilitate training programs as appropriate.Implement, administer, and interpret corporate policies and programs as applicableAccountable for all aspects of Resourcing and Retention.Responsible for ensuring a clear understanding and smooth delivery of the Compensation and Reward process.Support and coach line and senior managers on the Company's Disciplinary and Grievance and Performance Management Processes to promote fairness, consistency of approach and employee satisfaction and productivity.Identify opportunities/initiatives for improvement of HR processes and managerial skills through proactive consultation with stakeholders.Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience in a technology, sales or services organization.Applicants must be willing to work in Kemayoran.Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Expert HR functional depth and the ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization to achieve resultsExcellent presentation, training, and group facilitation skills with an ability to drive impact.Strong business acumen including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and initiative.Demonstrated ability to coach managers and leaders.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Experience developing processes and working in an rapid-paced environment.Excellent influencing and coaching skillsAbility to manage change and influence behavior, Strong business awareness, Coaching senior team members, Contributing to business strategiesfooter
