Ability to coordinate the planning and constructionUnderstand the construction contract documents along with the administrationRequirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.Required skill(s): - Mempunyai leadership, decision maker, skill untuk bernegosiasi, cost & schedul.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung.Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
