Responsibilities:
Provide guidelines and controls for sales quality in Direct Marketing Channel in order to ensure that every policy sold is according to CSL’s business ethics, conducts and standards. Improve the quality of sales conducts and processes in Direct Marketing Channel through activities such as feedbacks, consequence management and training sessionsProvide strategies and actions how to retain all customers, through activities such as cancellation handling, collection strategies and services improvementLiaise with other related departments in CSL and SIS, to handle incoming complaints from customers with proper and satisfactory resolutionManage all expenses in quality control and conservation activities according to the budgetRequirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum GPA 2, 75.Having a minimum of 2 years’ experience in affinity/ bancassurance businessHaving a minimum of 3 years' experience in telemarketing Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Fairly fluent in English
