Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely with the distribution channels to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.Must be operationally hands-on, organised, highly motivated and able to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work standards.Execute Store and Brand’s Visual Merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential of products / brands.Ensure the Brand is presented in accordance to corporate guidelines and consistency across multiple retail outlets.Responsible for handling VM implementation, execution and installation of all in-store displays and windows in Indonesia.Managing the day to day stores/counters activities to ensure that the visual merchandising standard is properly maintained.Working closely with other Sales and VM team member to ensure all (new and current) stores/counters have correct in-store props and window hardware.Introduction of the new collections and new strategies of the implementation of the product.Support and involved in the planning of store layout, including reallocation of fixtures layout and in the development / purchase of display materials, ensuring that the cost of display expenses meet the pre-set budget level.Basic understanding of retail store/counters design aspects, i.e. color, lighting, materials & finishes, detailing fixtures, etc.Ensure and check all POP signage within the stores/counters are prepared and accordingly to Company guideline.Managing and train new shop staff on promoting the assign productsRequirements: Working Conditions and Basic Requirements: Diploma in Graphic, industrial, interior design or related disciplineAt least 3 years VM experience in the retail industryHave artistic flair and creative, with ‘hands-on’ attitudeStrong proficiency in Macromedia freehand and Adobe PhotoshopStrong interest in design and the artsAble to work long and irregular hours and meet tight deadlinesMay need to travel on overseas assignmentsIndependent and self motivated
