Responsibilities:

Responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks.  Responsible for system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage planning, site identification, evaluation and zoning support, frequency planning, interference analysis and optimization.Carry out optimization techniques (proper antenna selection for optimal horizontal/vertical performance, mechanical/electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, antenna clearance, neighbor list analysis, etc.) for optimal site/cluster performance.Responsible to give give solution from end to end WiMAXnetwork perfective if increase the site and how to maintaint the BTS KPI performance.Requirements: Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics Engineering/ Telecommunications.Minimum 5 years working experience in radio frequency technologies (WiMAX), cellular system air interface (WiMAX),  and cellular system /network design and optimization.Experience with experiment design, error budgets, data collection and statistical analysis.In-depth understanding of radio frequency propagation and test equipment.Proficient on MapInfo software, PlaNET, TEMS, and other radio network tools.  Proficiency with data analysis, plotting, presentation software. Management, teaching, mentoring, and/or advisory experience.Quick learner, self motivated, with strong attention to detail.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Flexible to work long hours including weekends and be ready to come to the location on a very short notice.For registered JobStreet.com users, to apply online or via sms
