Responsibilities:
Ensure the Product Quality on the all activities and coordinate all division throughout the product and service cycle.Ensure consistency between the quality standar and the customer’s satisfactionManage Reliability Growth and the overall Warranty activities coordinationEnsure quality standar commitments of the warranty related Work Packages.Monitor Problem Solving in coordination with all the division members.Be the interface with the customer quality teamsManage & plan project quality on Site : define Quality Control Process and pilot Quality ControllersEnsure Project Quality Plan application, provide information for Gate Reviews & related actionsReport quality and safety alertsControl project deliverables' compliance through inspections and auditsEnsure the quality of the modifications and controls the impact on the reliability.Manage quality standard of the Warranty activity and Monitor project reliability performanceAnalyze and identified gap between operational reliability and contractual targetImplement reliability Growth planRequirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.Required skill(s): communication, analyst, .Required language(s): English.Preferred language(s): Chinese.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
