SEO Manager & Analyst

Responsibilities:
Maintain SEO strategy and project planPlan, test and successfully execute SEO initiativesUse quantitative analysis and experimentation to develop and implement new SEO techniquesRegularly review and update site content, including but not limited to meta data, landing pages, product content, and social media to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywordsStay up to date and educate the organization on latest SEO tactics and techniquesOptimize site architecture with content and product teamsManage reporting and communication of metrics within organizationOptimize link and landing pages for conversion from search enginesAnalyze search industry data and perform competitive analysis in organic searchDefine, schedule and support SEO projectsCreate and improve internal SEO best practicesInteract and maintain strong working relationships across teams, including Content, IT, MarketingRequirements: Undergraduate Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related subjects3+ years implementing successful SEO programs and possess strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and email marketing3+ years management experience3+ years web development experienceExperience working in an e-commerce, developing multi-site strategies a plusAbility to communicate with technical and non-technical personnelStrong copywriting skills for online marketing and Search Engine OptimizationExcellent analytical and problem solving skills to interpret large quantities of data, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable, strategic plansProficiency in use of Google Analytic or other web analytics platforms (e.g., Omniture, Quantcast, Piwik, etc) to analyze and identify trends & issues, and to drive improvement of results and find solutionsHighly skilled with relevant paid and free SEO, PPC, Keyword Research and Reporting Tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Insights for Search, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Bing, Microsoft AdCenter)Understanding of how to leverage SEO & PPC interaction to enhance performance across channelsSolid understanding of SEO best practices and search ranking factors (e.g., sitemaps, URL structures, link building, site architecture, keyword research & targeting, landing page optimization),FAMILIAR WITH plus web development processes (e.g. Agile) and technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS,JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, jQuery)Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 a plusExperience with developing and executing successful link building strategiesStrong and proven ability to optimize site architecture and improve organic rankings for targeted keywordsSelf-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficientlyExcellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbalEagerness to learn and grow, as well as educate the organization on latest SEO, SEM, SMM tactics & techniques.If you want to be a part of the dream team, please submit your complete application to :
