Welding Supervisor
Johor (Malaysia) - Port of Tajung Pelepas

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising weld shop operations. Lead a team of welders in daily welding operations and to motivate the team to meet production metrics. Ensure efficient management of resources in achieving desired targets on productivity, quality, housekeeping and safety. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Plan and implement continuous improvement programs.Requirements: Diploma holder in Welding Technology, Mechanical, Metallurgy or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of supervision experiences in oilfield equipment. Knowledge of API and NACE standards. Possess working knowledge of TIG, FCAW, SAW operations. Leadership and good supervisory skills.
