Responsibilities:

Ticketing Staff is responsible for providing effective and efficient for ticket domestic & international and hotel reservation. The Ticketing staff is also accountable for assuring consistency of daily report. Applicant must be able to effectively deal with a variety of personality types and to drive a high-quality deliverableRequirements:

Female/Male, max 30 years oldMinimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Secretarial, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.Excellent in ABACUS, AMADEUS & Other Reservation System (Certification)Excellent in Hotel & Ticketing ReservationHaving Experience in the same positionGood command of English (written & spoken), understand Mandarin is a plusHard working and self motivatedAble to work under pressure
