To implement store strategy in-line with Store Strategy and also be able to foresee the development and opportunity in his/her area. In order to achieving Store Goal which are sales, store contribution, customer satisfaction, brand image and people development in the store.To propose and implement Sales Plan and yearly Expense Budget by store.To implement and control the customer service strategy which is in-line with Store Strategy .
