Meet sales target and maintain good relationship with existing customers and new potential customersAchieve monthly and yearly project sales volume, GM% and ToP (Terms of Payment) targets for project in assigned region at the same time forecast volumes and send report on timeRegular visit to project site and be able to identify key information, such as: owner / developer, main contractor / sub contractor, applicator, key person, project requirement (volume, type of product, quantity, supply timeline).Regular visit to potential contractor and applicator and related division to develop close relationship with key person and establish strong and loyal network in projectDevelop key accounts network to achieve brand preferenceManage distributor for project and develop multi distributor rules in the respective regionBe able to represent company well and getting company brand and product to be use in projectCo-work well with specs sales and sales teamRequirements: Male/Female, candidate must have 3 years experience working experience in project, sales of industrial or B2B salesPrefer candidates from construction industriesBuild and win the new prospects and able to achieve sales target according to the sales planCandidates must be fluent in EnglishGood communication, negotiation, selling skills and people managementShould you meet the above requirements, please email your Resume with Recent Photograph to
