A agent trainer is responsible carry out and accommodate customer needs of the initial training program which is to educate agents on system knowledgeTo provide training in improving the agent skills before they apply it into the system. An agent who is not familiar with the system, it’s trainer responsibility to make them understand and able to adjust on the type of they want to achieveA agent trainer is responsible to do follow up and for evaluating the progress after the training programsCreate activities i.e conduct training seminars on improving an agent’s skills.Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.
