Plan, organize and execute events ranging from small round-tables to large hospitality eventsOperate within approved budget and planning for eventsLiaise with suppliers and venues in order to maintain a preferred suppliers listWork closely with the Sales team in order to ensure that events are in line with business development strategy and ensure follow-upEnsure there is an effective and up-to-date record of all event activity on the firm's internal databaseAssist in the design/graphic support and production of event materials and marketing collateral, including banners, brochures and leaflets; in liaison with the marketing team and in line with the firms brand guidelinesManage the firms branded merchandise, through liaising with suppliers and working with the Sales and Marketing team to consider new products; in addition to negotiating contracts and financial dealsPro-actively develop and improve event process and ensure implementation of best-practiceRequirements: Bachelor’s or Associate degree with three+ years’ experience in Events and Marketing, fresh graduates are welcome to apply Superior organizational skills, great at manage multiple tasks effectively, and strict attention to detail a mustDemonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and volunteer coordination experienceAbility to successfully work independently and in a team environmentEnthusiasm, creativity, a positive sense of humor and a can do attitudeExcellent communications and presentation skillsGood interpersonal skillsGood negotiation skills (able to negotiate in the interest of the company)Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules / deadlinesCalm, result focused, resourceful, independent and vigilantIf you are JobStreet Member, "click here to Apply" button below
