Responsibilities:
1. The front line people of the company. You will handle all LiveChat and tickets by the clients. Technical Consultants will act as the Level 1 Support System of the company.2. Generate Daily Report on Issue, Feedback, Number of Tickets being resolved and etc.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Required skill(s): Windows Server, HTML, PHP, ASP.NET.
