Keep track on parts/component related issues found - make a tabulation for easy visual management of problemsCreate and update inspection procedures (IQC and Final QC checklist). Make sure they are followedCreate jig/template to make inspection easier and fasterMake sure all the parts (fabricated in house and buy parts) supplied to assembly is in good quality with no defectCommunicate problems found in inspection to the supplier and solve the root cause to avoid repeated problemsIssuing CPAR (corrective preventive action report) to internal supplier and initiate CPAR for external supplierInternal supplier: identify problems, communicate problems during morning meeting at the respective areaExternal supplier: identify problems, make a simple report, communicate to Prihtiono (material manager), follow up until the problem solved and preventive action accepted - until we are satisfied with the answer from the supplierResponsible for the final inspection of the unitsRequirements:
