Enterprise Mobility Solutions SpecialistKuala Lumpur (Malaysia) - Menara Great Eastern, Jalan AmpangResponsibilities: Drive new business opportunities for the product and achieve product targets.Act as point of contact for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with the sales or support team to address any issues that may arise.Create and review technical proposals and specifications.Provides necessary technical expertise and collaterals such as printed and electronic promotional materials, product training and relevant white papers to enable selling of the product.Review product info to ensure that the Management and related personnel is kept up to date on new developments regarding competitors' products.Assess response and suitability of current promotional materials and ensure printed promotional material is being used optimally.Prepare product forecasts and development of annual marketing plan for the product.Plan and design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.Provides contact report and other timely reports to Senior Management.Oversee delivery of projects under product responsibility and drive resolution of customer satisfaction issues.Work with sales and related personnel towards managing Customers' needs and expectations.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business, Marketing or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
