Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Geology Engineering. Having experience min 5 years in geological with coal mining industry. Good command in English both oral and written. Have good knowledge of Software mining programs such as Minex, autocad, Autocad Land Desk, Surpac or MinescapeHaving capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each Drilling report and Exploration report, etcMust be able to control exploration program, geological modeling, and reserve calculationsStrong knowledge and experience in drilling design and planning, project planning, schedulingUnderstanding of survey & data process by manual & computerized systemFollowing the project schedule with optimizing the drilling equipments effectivelyEnsure to manage any problem that incurred during the exploration.Plan detailed exploration of the coal concession, including identifying outcrops.Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data.Plan borehole drilling patterns and drill hole logs.Lead and monitor a team of exploration in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling.Coordinate with mining department regarding future mining plans and pit limit markings.Coordinate with Humas Department, regarding marking of land of different owners.Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey.Able to work under pressure, meet deadline, hard working, initiative & good team work, Detail-oriented, organized, and strong problem-solving skillWilling to be placed in Site area.
