Post Job advertisements and job vacancies in the internet and all relevant media.Sort candidates' CV from incoming mails, e-mails.Conduct psychological tests, scoring, and interview.Make reports of selected candidates and recap CV.Maintain candidate databaseRequirements: Female, 25 – 35 years oldPreferably singleMinimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related major from reputable university with excellent GPA / IPK ( > 3.00 )Having experience as an Executive Search Consultant in Resources Sector will be an advantageHardworking and should be as Task MasterHave fair knowledge with the processes involved in RecruitmentShould have full knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Has a pleasant personality & full of energy to take up new challengesShould be able to converse fluently in English both oral & writtenStrong analytical & logical thinkingLeadership PotentialFresh Graduates are welcome to applyHigh persistency and self driven towards result.Experience in conducting psychological test and interview preferrably.Good communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills.Should you meet the above requirements, please email your Resume with Recent Photograph to
