Contract Period: 6 months, renewable at company’s optionsBusiness Development Manager Job Purpose:Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.Business Development Manager Job Duties:Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching the personal loans industry in Indonesia and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners (banks/financial institutions); discovering and exploring opportunities.Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Execute sales plan diligently to achieve sales objectivesMeeting prospects and establishing relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidanceDevelop sales strategies for growth and business developmentTracking sales activities and achieving sales targetsPreparing and delivering project briefs for external agency to develop material for marketing campaignRequirements:Excellent sales prospecting3-years sales experience in the Finance or internet sector within the business development spaceMarketing, Economics or Business degree (min. Bachelor Degree)High proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with multi-lingual clients.Excellent knowledge of the personal loans industry or willingness to put in the effort to learn the industry.Good client relationship management, a people person.Independent and self-motivated in achieving business goalsInterest in IT and FinanceAwareness and appreciation of the local business practice
