Responsibilities:

Performs analysis, advises and liaises with process participants for optimization of operational activities concerning the quality of servicesManaging documents and records required by the quality management system to ensure documents and records are up-to-date, distributed and accessible to contributing partiesRegularly monitoring the achievement of service level standard by performing internal audit and organizing performance review meetingsCascades information related to amendment in policies and procedures to ensure each personnel understand their roleInvolved in day-to-day activities related to change management and process improvementCorresponds with external assessors and consultants to assure compliance certificationRequirements:
